Welcome Letter

Dear valued customer,

Thank you for choosing to purchase a holiday home from us here at Premier Leisure Parks (Greenways of Gower, Green Meadow, Whiteford Bay).

This letter and the enclosed agreements set out important information and you should keep them safe.

Acknowledging this letter

Please make sure you fully understand all the information in this letter and the enclosed documents before proceeding. Ask us any questions you may have. We will provide printed versions of this letter in duplicate. Please sign and return one copy before proceeding with your purchase.

Our Agreements

We enclose two Agreements outlining the full terms agreed between us, including a summary of key points:

• Purchase Agreement: Sets out the terms for purchasing your holiday home.
• Licence Agreement: Covers how your static caravan or holiday lodge will be stationed at a Premier Leisure Park.

Both agreements must be signed by you and then by us. You will receive copies for your records.

Payment Arrangements

Unless agreed otherwise, payments should be made by bank transfer.

After-Sales Service and Complaints

You are legally entitled to a holiday home of satisfactory quality. New caravans include a warranty for most post-sale issues. Please notify us promptly so we can coordinate with the wholesaler on your behalf.

Your Guarantee

New holiday homes come with a manufacturer’s warranty. You can obtain details from the manufacturer’s website, dealership, or our office. Items like appliances and boilers have separate warranties, which you must register.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Your first point of contact is your Park Manager, followed by our Office Manager.

Use of Your Holiday Home

Your holiday home may not be used as your main residence.

Hiring Out Your Holiday Home

Hiring out your caravan or lodge is not permitted. It is for personal use by you, your family, or friends — not for rental.

Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order within 5 days of signing the Purchase Agreement with no penalty. After this period, cancelling may result in us recovering costs incurred.

Once you understand and agree to the letter and its enclosures, please sign and date. We’ll sign and return a copy for your records.
